I’ve spent decades working where ideas meet consequences. Most of my career has been in software and SaaS, often built in service of industries where mistakes cost real money, real time, or real safety. I’ve founded or co-founded more than a dozen ventures, some acquired, many operating in regulated and operationally complex environments. That background trained me to think less about features and more about exposure, liability, and failure modes before they show up on a balance sheet or in a courtroom.
What makes my work distinctive now is how I translate between AI and real-world operations. I don’t treat AI as a replacement for judgment. I treat it as a disciplined thinking partner. I use it to surface patterns, stress-test language, clarify decisions, and turn messy operational reality into systems people can rely on. Over time, I’ve developed a repeatable practice for using AI in ways that reduce risk rather than introduce it, especially in software, construction, and other environments where ambiguity creates liability.
I spend most of my time helping builders, operators, and owners think more clearly about what they are actually responsible for. That means better framing, tighter language, fewer assumptions, and systems that respect how work really gets done.
